I picked up a Garmin Edge bike computer with heart monitor thingie, in the hopes that I could use their swanky Garmin Connect software to monitor my riding and progress.
I opened the package and it puked about a thousand little doo-dads, connectors, wires and god-knows-what-else onto my counter. Included is a little "quick start guide" and a DVD which doesn't help me since I'm a snooty MacBook user and my desktop PC is all the way in the other room. Do these people actually expect me to get off my ass and learn something? Can't they just do all the work for me?
